Sustainability regulation is changing fast, from mandatory climate disclosure such as AASB S2 in Australia to new taxonomies and ESG guidelines in many countries. I map the requirements that apply to each organisation, review where it stands, and update its policies and procedures.

I prepare boards and teams before new rules come into force, so compliance becomes an opportunity to strengthen governance rather than a last minute exercise.

For Australian companies, I offer a climate disclosure readiness diagnostic with a fixed scope and fee. It confirms your reporting group and first reporting year under AASB S2, identifies the gaps against the standard and your priority climate risks, and gives your board a clear roadmap to the first report.

I strengthen the institutions that design and deliver sustainability policies and programmes.

I work with ministries, regulators, local authorities and development agencies to assess how they plan, coordinate and deliver, and to design the processes, coordination mechanisms and skills they need.

I combine institutional assessments with hands on workshops and training, so that improvements are owned by the people who will carry them forward after the engagement ends.

Weak governance is often what turns an environmental or social risk into a crisis. I review how decisions are made and who is accountable, from the board to project teams, and identify gaps in oversight, controls and integrity measures.

I prioritise actions according to their level of risk and give boards, lenders and regulators a clear picture they can rely on.

As a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, I guide organisations through reporting under GRI, ISSB and CSRD.

I help organisations choose the right framework for their investors, regulators and stakeholders, assess materiality and double materiality, and identify the gaps between current practice and what each standard requires.

I then support data collection, drafting and review, and prepare the organisation for external assurance, so the report is credible and useful for decisions.

I analyse public policies and design recommendations that are evidence based and workable.

I review existing policies and regulations against evidence and international practice, and consult with the people who will implement them and those who will be affected by them.

I design recommendations that are realistic in the local institutional context, with implementation roadmaps that set out responsibilities, sequencing and indicators.

I help governments, companies and investors make sure that the critical minerals needed for the energy transition, such as lithium, copper, cobalt, nickel and rare earths, are developed responsibly.

Demand for these minerals is growing fast, and so are expectations from investors, buyers and regulators. I review national policies and company practices against international frameworks such as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, assess environmental, social, human rights and governance risks across projects and supply chains, and design the measures needed to manage them.

I put particular attention on the communities and Indigenous peoples who live where these minerals are found, so that benefits are shared fairly and the transition is just for them too.
