Franco, Ph.D; UNDP; Ministry of Planning (Angola) Impact: Angola has developed the Long-Term Development Strategy "Angola 2025" under the National Development Plan (NDP) for the period 2013-2017. Such strategy aims to guide the pace and quality of development to enhance the quality of life of the population, turning the potential wealth endowed in Angola´s natural resources into real and tangible wealth for Angolans. The main components of the IPoA are integrated into the long-term strategy and therefore, its implementation is done by achieving the Medium Term National Objectives presented in the NDP 2013-2017. In this context, this report presents an interim evaluation of the implementation of the IPoA components in 2011-2015. |
